Jeffrey S. Holmes is the General Manager of CORE’s Environmental Compliance Division and is located in the Allison Park office. Jeff is a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and is also a West Virginia Licensed General Engineering Contractor.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the environmental field and is responsible for managing environmental contamination assessment projects, discharge permitting projects (NPDES, stormwater and POTW), air emissions permit development and preparation of various types of pollution prevention plans involving oil, petroleum products and wastes, as well as hazardous substances. He also is involved with general environmental compliance auditing and routine monitoring and reporting services for our manufacturing clients. Jeff also participates in and manages site characterization studies. His duties include managing staff activities, planning and implementation of projects, coordination with clients, state regulators and subcontractors, interpretation of data, environmental regulations and preparation of reports.
