Senior Project Manager
Nick is responsible for managing environmental due diligence, site characterization, and remediation projects for CORE. He has performed hundreds of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in New York, Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania for clients in the commercial, industrial, petroleum, and solar sectors. He has also evaluated and established baseline environmental conditions for numerous property transactions, and assists buyers/sellers with managing identified environmental risks.
In addition, he also prepares site characterization, progress, and closure reports for leaking underground storage tank sites in accordance with Pennsylvania (PA) Title 25 Chapter 245, Corrective Action Process requirements. He is also responsible for evaluating and selecting remedial technologies and strategies at sites in accordance with Pennsylvania Act 2 Land Recycling Program and West Virginia Voluntary Remediation Program requirements.
He has over 11 years’ experience in the environmental consulting industry. He received his B.S. in Geology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2014. In 2022, he obtained his West Virginia Licensed Remediation Specialist (LRS) and PA Geologist-in-Training (GIT) certifications.
